Namoloh has now established a pattern in that most cases against him are of a similar nature, mainly abuse of power, violation of human, civil and constitutional rights of both the general public and fellow police officers. Namoloh allegedly uses his father's influence and a network of political friends of his father to interfere with investigations against him. In early December 2015 a number of senior Police officer from various corners of Namibia were sent to Windhoek to investigate Namoloh since cases against him were not investigated and he has used his influence to silence cases.
There are allegations that Namoloh aids criminals and has benefited from proceeds of crimes, the allegations come from incidents where drugs and money were seized by him and not declared to the Police at the time of booking of evidence.

Known for having expensive taste for the good things in life Warrant Namoloh clearly lives above his means, Namoloh's alleged crimes and corrupt practices have so far gone unpunished and investigations aimed at Namoloh has often gone no where until the Internal Investigations Department Head acted on a number of complaints which led to serious investigations and possible arrest in the near future. Reacting to the investigations Namoloh resorted to using his connections in the media to intimidate his superior officers. In an articles published in the Windhoek Observer on the 9th of October 2015, Namoloh takes a swipe at the Head of Internal Investigations as well as the Acting Head of IID Internal Investigations Directorate.
